Born in Moscow in 1992 to a musical family, Fedor plays in venues throughout Europe, Canada and the USA, with orchestras including the Berlin Radio Symphony Orchestra and the Hamburg Symphony Orchestra, under conductors such as Vladimir Jurowski, Tomáš Netopil and Lorenzo Viotti. He is a passionate chamber musician, collaborating with partners such as pianists Boris Kuznetsow and Florian Noack, cellists Julia Hagen and Ivan Karizna, the Pavel Haas Quartet and the Signum Saxophone Quartet. Since 2022 he has directed the Rencontres Musicales de Chaon Chamber Music Festival in France. In addition, Fedor is a gifted conductor of orchestras including the Jena Philharmonic and the ORF Vienna Radio Symphony Orchestra. Since 2023, he has served as Professor in Orchestral Education at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. Fedor plays the ‘ex-Viotti’ violin by Stradivarius (Cremona, 1712), graciously provided by the CANIMEX Company, Canada.
