Noga Shaham

Born in 2001, Noga Shaham began her studies with her father, violinist Hagai Shaham. She earned a BA from the Berlin University of the Arts in 2023, and is currently studying at Germany’s Kronberg Academy. Shaham is a graduate of the Jerusalem Music Centre’s David Goldman Programme for Outstanding Young Musicians, is a recipient of America-Israel Cultural Foundation scholarships, and was a 2025 Aviv Competition winner. She has performed in London’s Wigmore Hall, Geneva’s Victoria Hall, and the Berliner Philharmonie, as a soloist with the Jerusalem Symphony, Israel Philharmonic, and Württembergisches Kammerorchester Heilbronn, as a chamber musician with Sir András Schiff, Janine Jansen, Gidon Kremer and others, and at festivals including Utrecht, Sion and Verbier. Shaham is supported by the Freunde Junger Musiker Berlin, and uses an 1850 François Peccatte bow on generous loan from the Stretton Society.
