Jerusalem-born Gaby Shefler studied piano with Ricka Zarai, Tova Berlin-Papish, and Haim Alexander, and carillon with Ephram Delmonte of Belgium. He has performed on the Jerusalem YMCA carillon at the Israel Festival and Bach Festival, and on carillons in Lyon, Antwerp, Groningen, London, and New York. He is Professor Emeritus of Clinical Psychology and Sigmund Freud Professor of Psychoanalysis at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and Dean of the Faculty of Psychology and Liberal Arts at Achva Academic College.
